Now, Clare leads a movement of conscious transformation through her mentorship, retreats, and sacred teachings. She creates powerful, light-filled spaces where women can break free from limitations, reconnect with their divine essence, and step boldly into their most expansive, awakened selves. Blending her expertise in coaching, corporate leadership, and spiritual practices, Clare bridges the gap between the practical and the sacred, showing others how to embody both strength and surrender.

Originally from the North East of England and now calling Sydney home, Clare’s path has been one of resilience, reinvention, and radical self-discovery. Yoga found her at her lowest - grappling with loss, unhealed trauma, and addiction. It became her lifeline and liberation, awakening her to the truth: we are here to rise, to awaken, and to fully claim the lives our souls are calling us toward.
